    Have you subscribed to this yet? The entire post is on Seeking Alpha. I am registered and have a password so I can read the entire article and make comments if I have questions to ask. I recommend signing up for the TIPswatch so that you get an email when he posts something new. Then I put the dates on my calendar. For instance, he says to wait until the new rate is announced in April, so I will put that in my yearly calendar.
